How are the items measured?

Item measurements are listed as diameter x height. These measurements do not include the handles if featured. Please allow for a .5cm tolerance for measurements, as all items are hand made some variations may occur.

When will I receive my order?

We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays, please allow 3-7 business days, depending on your location for your order to arrive. We will do our best to provide you with tracking information for your order, however please not that this is not possible for all orders. If you have any questions regarding the shipment of your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@kitchin.com.au

How is my payment processed?

We process all payments using Paypal, a simple and trusted payment gateway. None of your personal information is stored or passed on by Kitchin, ensuring privacy and peace of mind.

Can I send orders as gifts?

Of course, simply add a comment to the end of your order and we will wrap and send your gift mindfully.

Why didn’t I receive an invoice with my order?

In the interests of environmental sustainability we don’t print and pack invoices/receipts with orders placed at kitchin.com.au. On the conclusion of placing your order you will be emailed a receipt which we encourage you to keep as proof of purchase. Should you require a printed copy please request one at the time of check out.

How is my order packaged?

We send all orders in boxes that are made of at least 80% post consumer waste board. Inside your item is wrapped in 100% recycled eco wrap and may contains reused items like bubble wrap and newspaper. Like us we encourage you to keep and reuse any wrapping that has been sent with your order.

Can I return an item if i change my mind?

Unfortunately Kitchin does not accept returns simply for a change of mind, after the item has been sent. If you wish to cancel an order or add products to your order email us as soon as possible to make any adjustments.

What if the order is damaged

Please email us within 5 days if your order has arrived damaged, we will replace the item as soon as possible.

The product doesn’t look exactly as imaged on my screen

Due to the handmade nature of our products, no two items are ever alike. We do our best to ensure an accurate description is presented for each item, but please note that colours and textures can differ from screen to screen. If you would like more specific information on an item please do not hesitate to contact us.
